We are seeking an Associate Manager to partner with GTM, sales, marketing, and leadership teams in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience building predictive models and scalable analytics solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize processes and improve performance.
• Explore, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate data quality, integrate new data sources, and work with data engineering to improve data infrastructure.
• Present findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead analytics projects and mentor junior analysts in best practices and methodologies.
