This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize processes and improve performance.
- Explore, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate data quality, integrate new data sources, and work with data engineering to improve data infrastructure.
- Present findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead analytics projects and mentor junior analysts in best practices and methodologies.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and preferably one or more of the following: Snowflake, Hadoop
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Sigma)
- Experience with AI Tools (e.g. Claude, Chat GPT)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- (Preferred) Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and familiarity with Sales PIpeline
- (Preferred) Experience leading analytics projects
