Your Team: This role reports into the Marketing & Growth Director and sits on the Marketing & Growth Leadership Team, working alongside Brand & Product Marketing, Content, PR & Public Affairs and Creative. You'll also partner closely with Performance, Product, Commercial and Operations, ensuring customer insight informs decisions well beyond marketing activity. You act as the insight engine for the function, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that help stakeholders understand what is working, why, and what to do next.

Your role in the Team’s Success: I G Consumer is looking for a sharp, commercially minded Insight Lead to sit at the heart of our Marketing & Growth function. You'll shape how we understand our customers and hold a seat at the Marketing & Growth Leadership Team, using data, research, and competitive intelligence to drive smarter, faster decisions across campaigns, brand, product, commercial and operations. You'll be expected to run research and analysis yourself as well as set the strategic agenda, translating complex questions from senior stakeholders into a clear insight plan and delivering the answers personally.
