Booking Holdings’ dedicated B2B division drives global business-to-business strategy and distribution across our premier travel brands. This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office. Job Overview The Tax Director will step into a highly operational role, acting as a strategic leader within a division that operates like a fast-paced start-up. You will face the challenge of building an operational tax infrastructure from the ground up to support a "race car" environment driven by new initiatives. The B2B division is experiencing massive growth, giving this role significant autonomy to build something unique. Reporting directly to SVP Tax of Booking Holdings, with a dotted line into the B2B CFO. You will form a strong partnership with the B2B CFO and CEO, and you will oversee a US-based team consisting of 2 managers responsible for advisory. You will also coordinate closely with a matrixed India CoE compliance team and a global tax technology and transfer pricing teams. In this role you will get to: Operate with a highly operational mindset to support a fast-moving CEO & CFO and execute on many new business initiatives. Design and implement a robust, operational tax infrastructure. Take ownership of indirect tax strategy for the B2B platform.
