HR Administrator

SUMMARY The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting HR Manager by leading recruitment activities, coordinating performance management processes, and managing employee training and development programs. This role partners with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent while ensuring HR practices align with company policies and business objectives.

• Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Manage internal and external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, attendance

tracking, and training records.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee training records.
• Support leadership development and employee career development initiatives.

2. Talent Acquisition (30%)

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening,

interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment

strategies.

• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus

recruiting, and recruitment agencies.

• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the candidate selection process.
• Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
