HRBP Specialist

What’s the role? As an HR Business Associate, you’ll support several more senior HR Business Partners and the managers and employees of the teams they support across Etsy. You’ll own assigned work, handle straightforward people questions using established policies and practices, and seek guidance on complex or sensitive matters. You’ll build skills in employee relations, performance, compensation, and hiring through hands-on work, shadowing, and feedback from experienced HRBPs. This role is a first step into HR Business Partnering for someone who takes ownership, follows through, is curious, and wants to learn.
