Position Overview The Implementation Specialist is responsible for solution delivery such instant Financial Issuance on customer environment and/or hosted environment.This position will manage installations and ensure customer success and satisfaction during the project delivery which includes setup, installation, and administration for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.

Responsibilities Solution Delivery - 85%

• Solution deployment and configuration to meet the customer needs
• Setup, install, and administer instant financial solutions for our customers. This may be done either remotely or

at a customer site

• Collaborate with project management team to deliver the solution to the customer in a timely matter.
• Act as technical expert on the solution, including participating in the requirements gathering and validation
• Understand the customer need and work directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data,
