Intern – Marketing & Sales Coordinator - Leapmotor

Job Overview Stellantis Australia are seeking an enthusiastic Intern to join their Marketing & Communications team in Port Melbourne. You’ll gain hands-on experience across sales analytics, administration, marketing coordination, fleet and asset management, website/content reviews, agency and supplier support, partnerships, and ATL/BTL campaigns. A great opportunity to build practical experience while contributing to the growth of an exciting automotive brand - Leapmotor.

Key Accountabilities

Reporting & Analysis

• Provide sales and marketing data analysis and reporting.
• Create sales and support marketing presentations for local and regional committees.
• Identify reporting and process efficiencies to improve analytics and create automation.

Marketing Administration

• Support the management of marketing budgets, including invoicing, reconciliation, and budget tracking.
• Carry out administrative and data entry related tasks and maintain organised files for the Leapmotor marketing team.
• Coordinate assets and support the wider business with marketing asset requirements.
• Support management of internal WIPs with the Head of Leapmotor and relevant marketing stakeholders.

Creative Campaign Support

• Partner with relevant marketing stakeholders, support agency briefings for upcoming campaigns.
• Support website reviews and content audits.
• Brief suppliers for asset support, including photography, retouching and related creative production requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of marketing materials.
• Coordinate assets, creative requirements list, communication plans, reports and post-analysis reviews of marketing activity.

Suppliers

• Support procurement processes, including supplier agreements, PR creation, and invoice management.
• Responsible for coordinating invoices and liaising with Finance to ensure timely payment.
