Internal Sales

<p>You keep sales running from the office, from a customer's first question to the delivery of their cobot.</p><p>Customers from all over Europe reach us by email, phone and WhatsApp. They want a price, a delivery time, or simply to know which cobot fits their application. As Internal Sales, you make sure every question gets a quick and correct follow-up.</p><p>You work in our office in Ieper, right next to the demo room and the warehouse. The cobots you write about are a few metres away.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare quotations and follow them up until the customer decides</li><li>Process orders in Odoo</li><li>Follow up deliveries and stock in Odoo, so customers know where they stand</li><li>Answer customer emails and WhatsApp messages</li><li>Pass technical questions on to our technical colleagues and follow up the answer</li><li>Work with our field sales on quotations and customer follow-up</li></ul><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>You work accurately and like keeping track of many open files at once</li><li>You communicate clearly and friendly, in writing and on the phone</li><li>You're interested in technology.
