<h3>iOS Developer Intern — XR Solutions</h3> <p><strong>About XR Solutions</strong></p>

<p>XR Solutions builds machine learning-powered augmented reality tools for industrial clients — factory floors, heavy machinery, and complex maintenance workflows. Our customers are large Swedish industrial companies. We combine research-based optimization with AR to make workflows possible that previously were not.</p>

<p><strong>Role overview</strong><br> You will work on our production iOS app: a native Swift application with an embedded Unity AR runtime. You will build native SwiftUI features, work across the Swift-to-Unity bridge, and ship AR functionality used by industrial customers in the field.</p>

<p>We are a small team without a dedicated mentorship structure. You need to be able to own your work independently.</p>

<p><strong>What you&#39;ll work on</strong></p>

<ul> <li>Native iOS features in Swift and SwiftUI</li> <li>The native-to-Unity bridge: embedding, lifecycle, messaging, threading</li> <li>ARKit / RealityKit features: model placement, tracking, spatial persistence across long sessions (15–45 minutes)</li> <li>On-device machine learning feeding results back into the AR experience</li> <li>Multi-user AR sessions</li> <li>Performance-critical 3D interaction</li> </ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul> <li>Based in the EU / EEA, UK, or Ireland</li> <li>SwiftUI: 3+ years</li> <li>SwiftData: 1+ year</li> <li>Strong Swift fundamentals — our codebase is Swift only</li> <li>Solid understanding of async/await, actors, and multithreading</li> <li>Experience consuming REST APIs in Swift</li> <li>Ability to translate Figma designs into clean, structured SwiftUI views</li> <li>Git (GitHub / Bitbucket) in a team environment</li> <li>A self-propelled working method</li> </ul>
