Own end-user support and SaaS app administration for the San Mateo HQ while partnering with the global IT team on process improvements in a fast-growing company.
We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to join our San Mateo team. The ideal candidate will provide technical and operational support to employees in the San Mateo office while working with our HQ IT team to maintain high standards across the company. This role requires strong technical skills, a customer-centric approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment solving both technical and operational challenges.
The IT team is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and helping our company grow. Our goal is to make work easier and more efficient for everyone by fixing problems, improving processes, and supporting the business with all its IT needs.
We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.
The ideal candidate should have both technical and operational experience, supporting a regional and diverse team in an IT support role. They should understand the daily aspects of IT operations in a fast-growing and dynamic company.
