- Support Account Managers in developing and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients and assist with sales and business development activities.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, sales materials and tailored solutions based on customer procurement needs.
- Conduct market and client research to identify business opportunities and provide insights on customer and industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement, payment, after-sales and other client-related activities.
- Support day-to-day account management and customer communication to improve customer experience, satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- Available to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in sales, account management, business development and working with enterprise clients.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
