You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
Fund Operations Execution:
- Handle daily treasury operations including regional fund settlements, liquidity replenishment, credit card billing and collection processing
Operation SOP Build Up:
- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the treasury center
- Continuously optimize fund operation manuals and workflow documentation
Business Support:
- Serve as primary contact for business units' payment/receipt inquiries
- Provide timely resolution to routine treasury-related operational questions
About You
- Proficient in using common workplace software and digital tools to support daily tasks and collaboration.
- Able to communicate and write effectively in both Chinese and English.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work well with different teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support smooth workflow and effective team collaboration.
