- Monitor and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor and support production equipment, including Stamping, Plastic, and Melting processes, to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
- Identify and resolve production issues related to manpower, machines, and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor product quality and work with relevant teams to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure production readiness in terms of manpower, machines, tools, and processes to support production plans.
- Identify process issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Explore and recommend new technologies, tools, and manufacturing methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support engineering projects and contribute to manufacturing excellence.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering, preferably in Stamping, Plastic, or Melting processes .
- Experienced in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and production problem-solving.
- Knowledgeable in statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Good command of both Thai and English , with effective communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI , especially in data analysis and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
