About the opportunity Join QIAGEN as a Knowledge Coordinator and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our global Knowledge Repository. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in creating structure, connecting people and information, and building scalable, future-ready knowledge solutions in a dynamic international environment.

Your tasks include

• Coordinate the curation of information within the global Knowledge Repository.
• Define and maintain curation processes, including success metrics.
• Collaborate with global subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant content.
• Drive continuous improvement of knowledge articles and repository structure.
• Partner with IT (DBS) to ensure a robust and scalable technical solution.
• Maintain knowledge standards, quality, and prioritization aligned with business needs.
