Lead Data Engineer (individual contributor role)

As a Data Engineer, you will design, build, test, automate, and continuously enhance our Data Platform, evolving it into a scalable, company-wide Self-Service Data Platform. You will enable teams across the organization to develop, operate, and consume high-quality, reliable, and compliant data products independently. In addition, you will contribute to AI enablement by supporting data pipelines, AI model management, and API development. Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders, you will help establish the data foundations required for advanced analytics, predictive models, and AI-driven solutions.
