We make health happen As Lead Nurse for Oncology and Acute Medicine, you’ll take on a pivotal leadership role at Cromwell Hospital, directly responsible for the day-to-day operational, clinical, and professional management of our inpatient and day case Oncology services, Renal Dialysis, Acute & General Medicine, and GI Endoscopy.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that care pathways are joined up across the hospital and associated outpatient centres. As the professional nursing lead for these services, you will help shape and influence the development of speciality pathways while supporting safe, evidence‑based, person‑centred care.
This is an influential position within our nursing leadership team—central to delivering Cromwell Hospital’s strategy. You’ll advance improvement across quality, patient experience, financial efficiency, and leadership development, acting as a compassionate clinical role model for teams across Oncology and Acute Medicine.
