Own the narrative that shapes how the industry defines AI Voice Agents and co-own the product roadmap with Engineering and Product.
Aircall is looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for AI Voice Agents. This is a technical, high-visibility role. You will sit close to Product and Engineering, co-own the roadmap, and build the narrative that shapes how customers, GTM teams, and Aircall's leadership team speak about AI Voice Agents.
You will own the upstream work: positioning, ICP, core messaging, and the technical depth to represent AI Voice Agent credibly to leadership and in the market.
This role is for someone who is a hybrid: part strategist, part storyteller, part technologist. You move between customer insight, technical product detail, competitive analysis, creative expression, and leadership alignment. Above all, you can take something the market has no name for and make it obvious.
Success in this role is measured by AI Voice Agent market awareness and net-new pipeline generation.
This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office. We work hybrid , two days a week in office.
