Endoscopy Lead Birmingham, The Harborne Hospital Full time, 37.5 hours per week Permanent Competitive Salary

We’re looking for an Endoscopy Lead to join our Nursing Team at The Harborne Hospital. Opened in January 2024, The Harborne Hospital is a purpose‑built, fifty‑bed, multi‑speciality private hospital located on the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham campus .

As an Endoscopy Lead , you’ll be a senior clinical presence within the service, shaping how endoscopy care is delivered day to day. You’ll work closely with operational and clinical colleagues to provide clear leadership across governance, quality and clinical effectiveness, while keeping patient safety and experience at the heart of everything you do. Your role will balance hands‑on clinical credibility with strategic oversight, supporting service development, leading audit and quality improvement activity, and acting as the subject matter expert for endoscopy practice.
