About the Position: The Leave and Accommodation Administrator is responsible for administering employee leave of absence, disability, and workplace accommodation programs across multiple countries and jurisdictions. This role serves as a key resource for employees, managers, People Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors by providing guidance on leave processes, eligibility requirements, documentation, pay implications, accommodations, and return-to-work planning.
As a member of the Global Benefits team, this position partners closely with third-party administrators, insurance carriers, accommodation vendors, payroll teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, compliant, and employee-focused administration of leave and accommodation programs. The role also leverages technology, reporting, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency, enhance employee communications, and support a positive employee experience throughout the leave lifecycle.
