The Problems You'll Solve

As a Legal Product Builder, you will sit at the cutting edge of building technology around the practice of law. You will:

• Build AI-powered legal products alongside engineers and product managers: Bring deep legal expertise into the product development process, helping turn complex legal work into scalable, agent driven experiences
• Translate legal judgement into systems: Break down legal processes like contract review and compliance into the decisions, rules, workflows, exceptions, and escalation points an AI agent needs to navigate
• Teach our agents what "good" looks like: develop examples, evaluation criteria, test cases and feedback loops that help our legal agents produce accurate, useful, and trustworthy work.
• Evaluate and improve agent performance. Test against real world scenarios, identify where the reasoning or outputs fall short, diagnose failure modes, and partner with engineers to improve them. Anticipate ambiguity, edge cases, conflicting information and situations requiring human judgement and determine how our products should handle them
• Prototype new legal capabilities: use AI tools directly to experiment with prompts, workflows, and agent behaviour, moving from an idea to a working prototype before or alongside engineering to shape what we build next
