As a Loan Operations Manager, you’ll work to:

• Manage the entire loan servicing lifecycle for complex private credit instruments, including bilateral, club, and syndicated loans such as term loans, delayed draw term loans (DDTLs), revolvers, unitranche, and asset-based lending facilities.
• Ensure accurate calculation and processing of interest, fees, PIK accruals, amortization schedules, original issue discount (OID) accretion, and unused/commitment fees, leveraging LSTA/LMA conventions and evolving benchmark interest rates including SOFR and credit-sensitive rates.
• Execute and reconcile cash transactions, manage lender/borrower communications, and proactively resolve settlement breaks with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational integrity.
• Partner with fund accounting teams to support month-end close processes, maintain accuracy in position tracking, and assist in providing documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Support frontline investment professionals and relationship managers with timely and accurate servicing data, including responses to borrower/lender inquiries and documentation requirements.
