Collect, organize and analyze operational data, identify quality issues and potential risks, and produce analytical reports. 3. Establish a regular quality monitoring mechanism, carry out root cause analysis for quality incidents and customer complaints, and promote effective corrective and preventive actions. 5. Make proactive overall arrangements for planned operational fluctuations (such as holidays, promotion campaigns, government events, extreme weather, etc.), including but not limited to resource coordination, strategy formulation, in-process intervention, result review and experience accumulation. 6.
