Aeon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team at The Rose, The Jourdain, Pine Cliff, and The Wellstone, supporting a four-building community of 210 affordable and market-rate apartment homes in South Minneapolis. This full-time, Monday–Friday position has no on-call responsibilities, offering a predictable schedule while providing meaningful work that helps ensure residents have safe, well-maintained homes.

As the Maintenance Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting residents by ensuring their homes and shared spaces are safe, functional, and well maintained. Through responsive repairs, preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, and daily property upkeep, you'll help create an environment where residents can thrive and feel proud to call their community home.

Working closely with the Property Manager, Building Technicians, vendors, and other team members, you'll perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks while contributing to the overall appearance, safety, and operation of the property. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, values strong customer service, and wants to make a meaningful impact through their work.

This position reports to the Senior Property Manager.
