Manager. Accounts Payable

As the Accounts Payable Manager , you will lead and modernize our procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle during a critical phase of hyper-growth and increased purchasing volume. A core objective of this position is developing and implementing a robust P2P process designed to meet our current company demands while remaining scalable and future-proof as we position ourselves as a public company. Achieving this will require driving cross-functional change in close partnership with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Accounting leadership to align operational workflows with financial standards.

In this position, you will play a hands-on role in leading the implementation of NetSuite and the rollout of Precoro as it relates to the P2P process, establishing a seamless, automated bridge between purchasing and payables. Supported by a team who will manage the day-to-day invoice processing, detailed reconciliations, and routine operations, this role focuses on higher-level strategic leadership: process design, system architecture, cross-functional alignment, policy enforcement, internal controls, and overall department leadership in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The AP Manager will also bring experience leveraging AI technology and modern automated solutions to drive continuous process improvement, eliminate manual friction, and optimize workflow efficiency across the P2P lifecycle.
