Who we’re looking for
Toyota Financial Services is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to enable scale, quality, and predictable delivery across multiple scrum teams. This role is a hybrid Quality Leader, Release Coordinator, and Agile Enablement Lead, responsible for improving engineering outcomes without becoming a bottleneck. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how modern engineering organizations operate, can influence without authority, and brings structure, transparency, and discipline across quality, delivery, and execution metrics.
