What You'll Do
We're seeking a strategic communications leader to own Flatiron's external narrative and scientific communications strategy. This role is responsible for elevating Flatiron's visibility as an innovation leader in oncology through integrated communications campaigns, executive thought leadership, and scientific storytelling. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, translating complex scientific and product innovations into compelling narratives that drive market positioning and business impact. In addition, your core responsibilities will include:
Strategic Communications & Campaign Development
- Develop and execute integrated communications plans across multiple business units (Evidence, Point of Care, Clinical Research, Life Sciences partnerships)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and priorities, ensuring consistency across external channels
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on communications strategy and market positioning
- Embed within 2-3 strategic cross-functional groups (e.g., RS/RO Leadership, Executive Team, Product Leadership, Commercial Leadership) to provide ongoing strategic counsel
