In this Manager, Talent Acquisition role you lead a pod of recruiters, carry your own req load of quota-carrying GTM roles, and own hiring for a major slice of our sales org across multiple hiring managers and regions all while building the future with AI. As a function we've been focused on thinking big, building small, shipping fast. We want YOU to lead from the front and accelerate that for your pod, measuring what ships, not how many agents you launched.
