Job Summary Comcast Business is seeking a strategic and collaborative Human Resources Manager (HR Business Partner) to support leaders and teams across our Strategic Enterprise and Global Sales organizations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and customer-focused culture.

The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development, and change initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in supporting a fast-paced, revenue-generating organization by providing strategic guidance on people-related decisions and ensuring alignment between business and talent objectives.

Additionally, this role will partner extensively with Sales Compensation, Finance, and business leadership to support the alignment and administration of incentive compensation programs across Strategic Enterprise and Global Sales organizations. The HR Business Partner will help ensure employees are aligned to the appropriate sales compensation plans, Target Incentive Compensation (TIC) structures, quota assignments, and organizational frameworks that support business objectives and drive performance.
