Über diese Rolle In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du als Manager Operations die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für einen Teilbereich der biotechnologischen Produktion in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld. Du führst und entwickelst Deine Produktionsorganisation mit klarem Fokus auf Performance, Qualität, Compliance und Kostenbewusstsein. Dabei gestaltest Du aktiv die Standardisierung, Skalierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Herstellprozesse und treibst Operational-Excellence-Initiativen voran. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität, Engineering, R&D und weiteren Schnittstellen beteiligst du dich aktiv bei Transformations-, Modernisierungs- und Investitionsprojekten und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Sicherstellung der Produktverfügbarkeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.
