Manufacturing Quality Engineering Technician, Global Quality, Cell Manufacturing

Battery Cells are the common denominator for every Tesla product. We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Quality Technician to help drive improvements to manufacturing processes and develop our understanding of cell product performance. The role involves managing the full life cycle of trials from a quality perspective, including hands-on shop floor work with production tools, data analysis & reporting, and change management. You will be expected to work cross-functionally and support the identification and prioritization of potential product and process failures and help drive both corrective and preventative actions. This ideal candidate for this position will not only have strong analytical skills (Problem-Solving, “soft” skills), but also demonstrated experience running/utilizing a broad range of Automated tools and equipment ("hard” skills).
