Mechanical/Hardware Engineer Description - We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support the development of innovative, high-volume video conferencing products. This role requires a strong mechanical engineering foundation combined with a rapid-prototyping mindset and the ability to turn design concepts into functional, scalable product designs.

The successful candidate will work closely with industrial design, audio, thermal, electrical, manufacturing, and other engineering teams to evaluate concepts, identify design tradeoffs, and make rapid, evidence-based design decisions. The engineer will create prototypes, conduct or coordinate testing, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly to advance products from early concepts through production-ready designs. This position is ideal for an engineer who is comfortable working through ambiguity, collaborating across technical disciplines, and developing mechanical solutions that can scale beyond one-off prototypes to commercial manufacturing volumes.
