The Power & Cooling (PAC) team is seeking a results-oriented leader with strong business judgement and experience working with internal and external stakeholders to lead material management execution for Data Center Power & Cooling equipment. Our Materials Manager Leaders are high-energy self-starters who are excited to develop their people and work across functions to deliver long-lead equipment on time to its Need By Date (NBD). As a member of the Power and Cooling Supply Chain Management Team, this role leads one of the Supply Execution teams — the Materials Managers who take a clean, executable demand signal and drive it through to delivered equipment. You will be accountable for on-time delivery across your team’s portfolio of clusters and sites, for the standard of execution your team runs to, and for developing a largely new team into a consistent, high-performing operation. As the leader of a Power and Cooling Supply Execution team, you will manage a team of eight to nine Materials Managers who are responsible for orchestrating the flow of long-lead equipment (LLE) from a clean demand signal through to delivery across their assigned clusters and sites. …
