Middle Procurement specialist

As our team expands, we are looking for an experienced Middle Procurement Specialist .

This position requires the ability to define and build an effective procurement strategy within the Ukrainian market, optimize costs, and establish long-term relationships with key local suppliers and contractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the company’s procurement activities in the local Ukrainian market and with European suppliers.
• Manage procurement processes and participate in developing effective internal procedures.
• Develop and implement measures to optimize costs and reduce the cost of procurement without compromising quality.
• Build and develop a supplier base, ensuring alternative sources for critical items.
• Source local equivalents for imported components for localization tasks, in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Place and manage orders with European suppliers.
• Control order confirmations, readiness dates, and shipment schedules; expedite deliveries for critical items.
• Coordinate contract approvals with the legal department; monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations and payment terms.
• Organize and conduct tenders to select optimal suppliers and contractors.
• Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Manage relationships with internal contractors, monitoring the quality and timelines of services and work performed.
• Analyze the supplier market, forecast supply risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Control the procurement budget and generate regular analytical reports for management.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with the legal, accounting, logistics, and other company departments.
