If so, you may be exactly who we’re looking for. At My Hearing Centers, our Patient Care Coordinators are much more than the front desk. They are the heart of the clinic and an essential part of the patient experience. As a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC), you’ll be the first voice patients hear and the first face they see. You’ll build relationships with patients, keep the clinic organized and moving, partner closely with the hearing care provider, and help ensure patients receive the attention and follow-up they deserve. If you’re personable, organized, comfortable on the phone, and enjoy helping people while working toward a common goal, this could be a great fit.
