Network Automation Solution Developer Bengaluru

As a Network Automation Solution Developer, you will validate Service Portals and ensure their reliability for leading telecom operators. Working with agile, cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute test strategies for orchestration, automation, and service assurance across IP/MPLS networks. You will leverage test automation tools, troubleshoot issues, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous integration and delivery, helping deliver high-quality network automation solutions.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end test strategies for Service Portals, focusing on performance and reliability. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework for regression, functional, and system testing. Validate complex IP/MPLS network topologies, ensuring thorough testing of orchestration and automation functionalities. Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing within the release process. Review and assess product requirements and design documents to ensure they meet testability standards. Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and participating in peer reviews to enhance team skills. Report on quality metrics, defect tracking, and performance validation to ensure high-quality product releases.
Qualifications
You have: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Telecommunications, IP Networking, or related field 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in the telecom/networking domain. Proficiency in Robot Framework, Python/Java scripting, and test automation design patterns Solid understanding of IP and network virtualization concepts.
