Meta's Network Investments team is responsible for the strategic planning, commercial development, and delivery of one of the world's largest and fastest-growing fiber optic backbone networks. We partner with telecommunications providers and infrastructure vendors to design, source, and deploy critical network capacity that powers Meta's family of applications and AI infrastructure. We are seeking a Network Development Manager (NDM) to design and acquire fiber network capacity across Meta's North American production environment. You will source and negotiate dark fiber IRUs, leases, and space agreements with carriers and infrastructure providers, and take deals from commercial evaluation through contract execution. You'll work with cross functional partners such as, network planning, legal, and finance to secure capacity that keeps pace with Meta's demand growth.
