Office Management and Internal Communications Intern

Position Overview:

Solid Power is seeking an Office Management and Internal Communications Intern to join our talented team of engineers, scientists, and business professionals working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of next-generation , all solid-state rechargeable batteries. Solid Power is a public company with a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment where innovation thrives. This role will play a key part in supporting the employee and visitor experience by operating the fro nt desk, coordinating office and meeting support, assisting with internal communications, supporting employee events and committees, and partnering with the Human Resources team on basic administrative and generalist activities. The preferred candidate will be a college student or early-career professional interested in office management, internal communications, employee experience, or human resources, with strong Microsoft Office skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate professio nally with employees, visitors, vendors, and leaders.
