Onsite Manufacturing Test Supervisor

Support Nokia's manufacturing vendors across five South East Asian and Indian factory sites, aligning test strategies from a base in Malaysia.
Nokia is expanding its operations with our manufacturing vendors in South East Asia. We are currently looking for an On-site Test Engineer to supervise various factories.
The Nokia NI Supply Chain Fixed Networks Test Engineering team is responsible for designing and maintaining manufacturing test solutions for the full Fixed Networks portfolio, including GPON, and copper technologies, both for Customer Premise Equipment as Central Office equipment. Currently, we are expanding our operations with our manufacturing vendors in South East Asia. To support and guarantee that the test operations with those vendors are according to Nokia standards, we are currently looking for an On-Site Support Test Engineer. This engineer will be based in Malaysia but will support factories in Vietnam, Thailand, China, India and Malaysia as well.
Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the on-site test system maintenance, including:
Support factory test operations, data analysis of production performance Work with designers and for problem solving and improvements Support changes, factory transfers, new product introduction Align test and improvement strategies across multiple factory sites
