Outbound Partner Acquisition Manager

As an Outbound Partner Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for building and scaling our outbound partner acquisition process. Your goal will be to proactively expand the Text Partner Program by identifying, contacting and acquiring new business partners.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire acquisition process — from identifying target segments and sourcing leads to building automated multichannel outreach workflows, running campaigns, and converting prospects into new partners.

You will have the opportunity to build a scalable acquisition engine, experiment with different channels and tools, and directly influence the growth of our partner network, with a primary focus on the US market.

Responsibilities

• Building and owning an end-to-end outbound partner acquisition process, from lead sourcing and targeting to outreach, qualification, and partner acquisition

• Identifying and researching high-potential partners, particularly e-commerce agencies, digital agencies, CRO specialists, and service providers working with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Squarespace

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

• Building and managing outreach automation workflows, combining prospecting tools, data enrichment, AI-powered solutions, and outbound platforms

• Using multiple data sources to identify, segment, enrich, and qualify potential partners, ensuring accurate and actionable prospect databases

• Conducting conversations with potential partners, understanding their business needs, and communicating the value of joining our Partner Program

• Experimenting with new acquisition channels, messaging, targeting strategies, and automation tools to continuously improve campaign performance

• Managing the partner acquisition pipeline in CRM, tracking conversion rates, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for improvement
