Paint Production Manager
- Inspection and management of factory building progress.
- Responding to regulation, safety, environment problem during construction.
- Issues identified, reported, and discussed.
- Recognize overall paint facility status and problem and feedback to staff engaged in.
- Establish improvement measures for facilities problems.
- Establish appropriate methods to manage and clean facilities.
- Overall production management job (productivity and quality management)
- Analysis of non-operational data and suggestion of improvement measures.
- Collect daily production plans and performance and establish production schedules.
(Making reports is required)
- Analysis of quality status for each process and establish improvement measures.
- Recognizing quality problem issues and feedback to worker for appropriate work method.
- Identify factors related to quality of non-operation and establish and manage countermeasures.
- Check production inhibition factors and suggestion of improvement measures.
