This is a great fit for an HR professional with a few years of experience who's ready to deepen their impact as a partner to the business.
The People Partners at Customer.io are advocates for our people, leveraging their skills in data analytics, change management, and industry knowledge. They use these skills to enhance Customer.io ’s transformation, agility, and efficiency, delivering meaningful outcomes for both our team members and the business.
You'll work alongside a cross-functional team to support talent management, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Strong communication, critical thinking, and a foundation in workforce planning will set you up for success.
