In this capacity, you’ll serve as the principal mechanical engineering leader, guiding design and engineering tasks that support infrastructure construction, from initial concept through to full production.

Key job responsibilities Build and lead the mechanical team to execute all aspects of the mechanical design process

Oversee the complete mechanical design process, guiding concept evaluations and final decisions that result in fully developed construction drawings ready for permitting and construction. This responsibility spans both wet systems for cooling water and dry systems for air distribution

Address RFIs and resolve design changes during construction

Collaborate with external Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms throughout bid and project execution phases to verify that all designs and specifications align with our Engineering Standards. Lead and support both internal teams and third-party engineers to maintain project quality and compliance. Proactively share project requirements, updates, and status with both internal and external teams to keep everyone aligned. Guide and develop junior engineers through hands-on mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
