Principal Product Manager

Shape Product Strategy and Strategic Initiatives Partner across creative, product, design, research, engineering, marketing, brand, business, legal, external agencies, and strategic partner teams to shape and deliver high-impact initiatives. Define product strategy, goals, requirements, success criteria, and execution plans for initiatives and experiences within the portfolio. Translate customer, business, technical, and creative opportunities into clear product plans and delivery pathways. Identify and frame new product opportunities that influence experience direction, roadmap planning, and investment decisions. Contribute product thinking, creative judgment, and operational leadership throughout the lifecycle of initiatives. Guide work from early exploration and concept development through implementation, launch, learning, and iteration. Drive complex initiatives spanning multiple teams, organizations, and stakeholder groups. Establish clarity around goals, priorities, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision-making. Build strong partnerships across internal teams, product organizations, leadership groups, external agencies, and strategic collaborators. Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, workshops, leadership updates, and operating rhythms that enable teams to move effectively. Drive cross-functional alignment on product scope, roadmap priorities, implementation plans, and launch readiness. Partner with Engineering and Design teams to define implementation approaches and deliver customer value. Operate across multiple planning horizons simultaneously. Support future-facing exploration, experimentation, and capability development while driving progress on active product priorities.
