Summary: The ASE Privacy team’s goal is to help Apple achieve its commitment to privacy as a fundamental human right. Working across Apple we support feature development, develop new privacy techniques and provide systems integral to delivering on that user-privacy promise.

Description: This manager is responsible for leading the team that enables data collection from billions of devices worldwide while preserving the user-privacy promises we make to our customers.
The team's platform underpins a broad range of data collection needs — from device telemetry and understanding customer interactions with Apple's applications, to powering partner reporting for the third-party developers and content providers whose work is woven throughout Apple's services.
You will set technical direction, manage execution, and grow engineers while balancing long-term platform investments with the immediate needs of product teams. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking and collaboration with teams across our organization as well as an understanding of privacy challenges.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a team at the heart of Apple's data collection strategy — operating at true Apple-scale while navigating one of the most consequential challenges in technology: preserving user privacy in a constantly evolving regulatory and technical landscape.
