We're currently recruiting for a part time Private Services Waiter on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Based within our iconic Penthouse and Private Service Suite, you'll assist the management team in delivering a seamless experience for Harrods' most discerning clients. From preparing artisan coffees and serving champagne to anticipating client needs, you'll play a key role in maintaining the impeccable standards that define Private Shopping.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering a seamless and unrivalled client journey through personalised attention, intuitive service, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Preparing and serving premium beverages, from artisan coffee to champagne and bespoke cocktails, alongside light refreshments.
• Maintaining the immaculate luxury standard of our lounges, ensuring comfort and elegance at all times.
• Building meaningful client relationships and confidently responding to client requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Organising and executing mise-en-place duties before and after service to keep operations flawless.
