Your Team: This role sits within the new Product Operations team, reporting to the Product Operations Lead, and works closely with stakeholders across IG, including Compliance, Risk and Legal. You’ll be the connective tissue between these functions and IG’s product squads, ensuring the relevant stakeholders are engaged from ideation throughout the product lifecycle. You will help translate the requirements and advice provided by these specialist functions into clear, practical actions for product managers and support their implementation, helping ensure products are compliant, robust and appropriately controlled from launch and throughout their lifecycle.

Your role in the Team’s Success: This is a role for someone who lives at the intersection of product and compliance, and enjoys it. As Product Governance Specialist you will be the product organisation's in-house expert on product governance to ensure that all products are subject to effective lifecycle governance, including appropriate review, approval, launch, ongoing monitoring, periodic review and maintenance in accordance with IG’s product governance framework and the Consumer Duty rules.
