Cisco Silicon One™ is redefining networking silicon and setting new industry standards for decades to come. We are seeking a seasoned New Product Program Manager to join our dynamic team, build and manage ASIC Program schedules, and ensure best-in-class operational excellence across the full ASIC product lifecycle-from prototype through production sustainment.
As a New Product Program Manager (NPPM), you will be responsible for driving the successful introduction and ramp-up of new silicon products from concept through production. You will partner multi-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost objectives are met. This role requires strong program management skills, technical competence, and the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple organizations.
