This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Ft Wayne Assembly Plant on a full-time basis. The Role: As a Production Shift Leader, you will have Supervisory responsibility for a medium/large group of employees in the implementation and execution of the established business process for an area in the production operations. In this role you will foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation. Work is of a technical nature using independent judgment within the limits of GMS; focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). You must also possess the ability to deal with complex problems while leading multiple departments/processes. May manage across multiple shifts. Must be flexible to work any shift.
