The Role: AutoStore is hiring a Professional Services Associate to help us transform the way the world's leading companies store and move inventory through innovative robotics, software, and automation technologies. As a Professional Services Associate, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic partners, helping them maximize the value of highly advanced automated storage and retrieval systems. This role is ideal for aspiring engineers who want to work on technical problems while driving high impact value for customers. In this role you'll work at the intersection of robotics, software, controls, mechanical systems, and customer success. You'll collaborate with internal partners, external partners, technical experts, and R&D teams to drive long-term success. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Learn to act as the technical point of contact for assigned partner organizations, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted consultant on AutoStore solutions.
